Zostały one docenione przez UK Presidency of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), Collingwood Learning, oraz UCL Centre for Holocaust Education. Uczennice, koordynator projektu – mgr Ewa Szmytkowska oraz nasza szkoła otrzymała list gratulacyjny, certyfikaty oraz dyplomy. Prace naszych uczennic można obejrzeć w galerii (link poniżej).
On behalf of the UK Presidency of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), Collingwood Learning, and UCL Centre for Holocaust Education, we would like to congratulate your school and students for your fantastic submission to the My Hometown project. My Hometown is dedicated to helping young people discover and share local stories that connect their hometown to the Holocaust and its legacy. Your submission was an excellent example of this and contributes to a better understanding of the Holocaust and the lessons we all must learn from it. Your students worked with diligence and creativity to explore the history of their hometown and share their learning with others. We hope that your students, teachers, school, and community have gained as much from My Hometown as we have. We are delighted to supply you with certificates for both your school and your participating students. The student certificates are blank for you to insert student names and distribute accordingly. We hope these will provide a record of your contribution to My Hometown and come with the heartfelt appreciation of 35 national IHRA delegations. We are also thrilled to announce the launch of the On Line gallery – see this link to your project.
The Gallery showcases the fabulous projects that participating schools from across the globe have produced. Please take a look at your own school’s project and let us know what you think. Due to the volume of work submitted, we may not have been able to include everything, but we hope you feel we have captured the spirit of the programme.
